Ellijay is a quaint mountain town in North Georgia spilling over with charm. The town offers scenic views, lakes, award winning vineyards, hiking, bike trails, river tubing, and apple orchards galore. In fact, Ellijay and Gilmer County are known as the Apple Capital of Georgia. Located about 90 miles north of Atlanta, the area offers much for those wanting to experience the outdoors, but that's not all. The downtown area of Ellijay features antique shops, taverns, and restaurants, too. There's truly something for everyone in this beautiful mountain community.

Cabin Details
The cabin offers a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and so much more. The exposed beam living room features a leather sofa and matching recliner nestled in front of a remote operated gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy a relaxing time on the back screened-in porch, which includes a real wood burning fireplace (wood available for purchase) and comfortable patio furniture.
The Bedrooms
The main level includes two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and king/queen size beds (linens provided). The terrace level features another spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with (2) twin beds.
Entertainment
Gather around the billiard room and enjoy the 7 foot pool table all while watching your favorites on the 42” Roku enabled Smart TV. Escape to the terrace level patio and relax in the soothing hot tub while your dinner sizzles on the combination charcoal/propane grill and smoker (propane included). Creekside, you can unwind at the dimly lit fire pit, and delight in a memorable conversation under the stars.

There's no shortage of activities in Ellijay or the surrounding North Georgia mountains. Tour the award-winning vineyards (Grapes & Ladders, Engelheim, Ellijay River, Cartecay) or surrounding breweries. Bask on the water with plenty of tubing, fishing or boating. Conquer the mountains with hiking, trail running or mountain biking. Relish in an array of shopping, antiquing or touring. Seasonally, enjoy apple orchards, festivals and other activities. At Ledger Creek Cabin, the choice is yours. In addition to a 24-hour operated gate, the cabin boasts plenty of amenities* as part of the Coosawattee River Resort, including access to indoor and outdoor pools, putt-putt course, gym, indoor rec center, tennis, basketball and kids playground.
